Create YOUR Body Map
Record everything physical about yourself. If it hurts/aches/reacts, note it on this document. Put a dot and a small number on the Body Map and then a title to the right on the numbered list.
Revisit your Body Map every now and then and update it. It is so useful to take to a doctors or hospital appointment and for you to start to see a pattern across your symptoms. When you only have a 10 minute Doctors appointment it pays for you to go in prepared, knowing your own body, to make the most of your appointment.
